| Scandia 360 is a General Contracting Company creating custom homes in the mountain communities of Northeastern Utah, and is owned and operated by Tom Olsen, a native resident of Summit County.
A devoted husband and father, Tom values the time he can spend at home with his family, and remembers the importance of family when building a home.

Building from all points of view means taking into account what each participant wants - the homeowners, the architects, the builders, and the families. Tom is able to bring all of these perspectives together into a positive experience during the building process.
Tom Olsen is dedicated to creating an easeful, positive building process with timely, attentive service for each client. As an active member of the Park City community, Tom is able to keep in close contact with his clients after building is completed. He runs Scandia 360 with the intention of cultivating long-term relationships and customer satisfaction that far exceeds expectations.
